I don't do returns unless products are damaged. Please make sure you are aware of this policy before you buy. If there is any issues you can still contact me. I do work with people very well.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items, and face mask (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Shipping all has rates on the cosplay/product of interest.
If Client would like to have insurance, that will be a high charge depending on the product.
